Multifunctional assistant AMP-95 is an organic amine neutralizer composed of hydroxyl and amine groups. Used in synthetic latex polymer and latex paint, it can adjust the pH value of polymerization system and paint mixing system, and shows special properties, especially suitable for industrial paint.

Characteristics

1. Improve the performance of thickener

When neutralizing alkali swelling thickener, Docorna ® Zk-96 is an ideal substitute for ammonia, which can reduce the ammonia smell and obtain a stable pH value for latex paint after long-term storage, thus it can improve the viscosity stability of thickener.

2. Reduce costs and achieve good cost performance

Using Docorna ® Zk-96 eliminates the need for two kinds of raw materials, ammonia and additives to inhibit flash rust. At the same time, it is also an ideal substitute for similar imported high-priced products, achieving excellent performance while reducing costs.

3. Contribute to the dispersion of pigments and fillers

Multifunctional assistant AMP-95 can improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers in latex paint. When used with ordinary dispersants, it can enhance dispersion efficiency and reduce the amount of dispersant. It can act as a co-dispersant.

4. Reduce corrosion

The multifunctional additive AMP-95 can effectively maintain the alkaline pH value of emulsion paint and inhibit corrosion at the joints and edges of paint barrels and cans. It also helps to reduce the flash rust on the surface of iron products on the substrate.
